Return & Exchange Process

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Flies and Fly Tying materials
  • Marine Electronics
  • Marine Equipment & Accessories

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your email to customer service. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you.
